The over-giving. The reading every room before you enter it. The yes that arrives before you've decided. The way you disappear, a little, to keep everyone else comfortable. You've been told what you do. You've probably been told for years. What no one has shown you is why, the quiet thing underneath it that's been running the whole show.
Sight Unseen is a six-session private intensive where you finally see it. And the first time you see it is the first time you can choose.
You're not new to this. You've read the books. You've been to therapy, or you're in it. You can name your patterns in a sentence. You're self-aware in a way most people aren't.
You catch yourself doing the exact thing you swore you'd stop doing. Saying yes when everything in you means no. Shrinking so the room stays easy. Achieving your way out of a feeling you won't name. Becoming whoever the moment seems to need.
Awareness of the behavior isn't the same as awareness of the engine. You can see what you do with total clarity and still have no access to why, because the why has been invisible your entire life. It runs underneath. And you can't change something you can't see clearly enough to catch. That's not a willpower problem. It's a visibility problem. And it's fixable.

The Reframe
A long time ago, before you could have chosen otherwise, you learned that being fully yourself cost too much. So you found a way to keep the love, the safety, the peace: you set part of yourself aside. You disappeared, a little. And it worked. So you did it again, until it stopped feeling like something you do and started feeling like who you are.
It isn't who you are. It's the most practiced thing you do. And practiced things can be seen, caught, and eventually, chosen differently.
That quiet, lifelong act of setting yourself aside has a name: self-abandonment. Naming it is where everything starts to change.
You read a section of your report and bring what you noticed. We start from what you found, not from me explaining you to yourself. Your report becomes the mirror; the sessions are where we explore what you see in it. Together we move through four movements, woven through every session:
See it. You understand the why beneath the pattern, the fear underneath it, and where it began. The thing that's been running you becomes visible.
Catch it. You learn to catch the pattern in the moment it fires, in your real life, on an ordinary Tuesday. Not in hindsight. This is a skill, and you build it.
Forgive it. You meet the feeling the pattern was protecting, and release the shame that's kept it locked in place. Because you can't choose differently while you're still at war with yourself.
Sight Unseen: six sessions, one private intensive, grounded in your own Enneagram profile. This is not a course you watch. It's not a framework you'll forget. It's six focused 1:1 sessions, built around your personal iEQ9 Enneagram report, the most precise map available of how your specific pattern is built.
Choose it. At the fork where you'd always disappeared, you make a different choice, on purpose, for the first time. One real choice. And in it, you prove the rest is possible.
of the pattern that's been quietly shaping your life, and where it came from.
of catching it as it happens, not hours later.
with compassion instead of the old verdict, which is what finally loosens the pattern's grip.
From "Why do I keep doing this? I can't stop." to "Oh, so that's what it's been protecting me from."
From "I only notice after I've already done it."
to "I caught it happening, while it was happening."
From "I hate myself a little every time."
to "The girl who learned this was only trying to keep me safe."
From "I don't think I can be any other way."
to "I saw the choice, and I chose differently."
Not insight. A tool you can use.
...and there is more:
Most personal-growth work ends with understanding, and understanding alone changes very little. Sight Unseen ends with something portable: the proven ability to catch the way you abandon yourself, meet it without shame, and choose differently, anywhere the same pattern shows up.
By the end, you'll have:
The first time is the proof.
The rest of your life is the practice.
you've actually made, the proof, in your own hands, that you're not stuck with this.
use all of it, on your own, long after we finish.
You're a woman navigating a season where something no longer fits, after a divorce, a move, a career pivot, a loss, or just the slow realization that the life you built doesn't feel like yours.
You're psychologically literate and a little allergic to generic empowerment, you want the why, not a pep talk.
You're ready to look at the hard thing clearly, without being rushed past it.
You're looking for quick motivation or a mindset hack.
You're in acute crisis and need clinical support first (coaching isn't therapy, and if that's where you are, I'll happily point you toward the right help).
You want someone to tell you what's wrong with you and hand you a fix (that's not how this works, you do the seeing; I hold the space and the map).
You've done enough surface work to know the surface isn't where the problem lives.

I'm Dani, an ICF-trained life redesign coach with 400+ hours of coaching education and a professional iEQ9 Enneagram accreditation. I work with women who are done managing their symptoms and ready to understand the pattern underneath them. My work draws on the Enneagram, applied psychology, and a single stubborn conviction: that lasting change doesn't come from rushing to fix what's wrong, but from finally, clearly seeing it, without flinching, and without shame.
Sight Unseen is the entry point to my larger work, The Life by Design Method™. It's where you get the tool. The Method is where you use it to redesign the whole life.
It skips the part where the change actually becomes possible.
Sight Unseen is built on the opposite conviction. We don't rush. We let you sit in the disorientation of really seeing the pattern, we go underneath it to the feeling it's been guarding, and we release the shame that's kept it locked, before we ever talk about choosing differently.
By the time you make that first different choice, it isn't willpower.
It's the natural result of finally being able to see.
Your professional iEQ9 Enneagram assessment, the clinical-grade instrument, not a free online quiz
Your full 42-page personal report, the most precise map available of how your specific pattern is built
Six 1:1 intensive sessions, built entirely around what your report reveals about you
You're not buying a course or a framework you'll forget. You're buying the first time you finally see the pattern clearly enough to choose against it, guided one-on-one, grounded in your own profile.
A short call to see if this is the right fit, no pressure, no hard sell. If it's not right for you, I'll tell you. Spaces are limited and intentionally so: this is deep 1:1 work, and I take on a small number of clients at a time.
But it's not your fate. It's just something you've never been able to see clearly enough to choose against.
Six sessions. Your own profile. The first clear look at the thing that's been running you, and the first real choice you get to make about it. The first time you see it is the first time you can choose.
Sight Unseen — Coach Dam — coachdam.com
Delivered in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on awareness and conscious choice in your present and future. Sight Unseen is coaching, we work with your patterns to build new capacity, not to treat a clinical condition. If something surfaces that belongs in therapy, I'll say so and help you find the right support. The two can beautifully run alongside each other.
No. Your iEQ9 assessment is part of the program, you'll receive your full 42-page professional report, and we read it together over the six sessions. If you already know your type, even better; we go deeper, faster.
A short reading from your report before each session, and a simple daily capture log that takes a few minutes. The log is where a lot of the real work happens, but it's light, and it's yours.
Yes, by design. The six sessions are built to be complete on their own: you leave with the tool and the proof you can use it. Continuation, if you ever want it, is a separate choice, never a rescue, and never something the program leaves unfinished.
If you want to keep going, The Life by Design Method™ is the next step, where you take the tool you've built and use it to redesign your whole life. It's an invitation, never an obligation. What you build in Sight Unseen is yours to keep either way.
